requirements in automation level.
The fully automatic packaging and palletising solution
will therefore include a cardboard box folding machine,
packing belt, approach conveyors with built-in return-pathways
for the empty pallets and lifting tables, so that
the workers are not exposed to stressful, monotonous
movements and lifting.
The packaging process finishes with automatic box
sealing, labelling, further conveyance to the robotic
palletiser with subsequent foil-wrapping and automatic
transport to storage or shipping. |
