Q89 powered roller conveyor is a modular design based on industry standard ‘Direct Chain Drive’ principles, for handling pallets and similar heavy unit loads.
The drive is suitable for both constant and variable speed operation, making it ideal
for direct drive accumulation.
The conveyor rollers can be supplied either above frame for wider load handling, or below for extra guiding.
High load capacity per drive (4500kgs) allows easy, cost effective ‘Zero Line Pressure’ pallet accumulation in ‘Batched’ mode. We have direct experience of 4000kg load accumulation down 8° decline under full powered control.
