Automated Trailer Loading
Our range of conveyor systems design to fit into standard container lorry trailers allowing fully automatic loading & unloading.
The trailer mounted conveyors can be either fully powered or gravity. The gravity based system utilises a simple pneumatic lift/lower system to provide the incline angle suitable for both loading and unloading. This maintains simplicity and reduces overall weight allowing more load carrying capacity whilst facilitating automatic pallet transfers.
The conveyors used can be either our Q89 Pallet or Q70 Non-powered series.
